WIN TV news reporter Nathan Tanti is to take the next step on his career path.
He will leave Sunraysia in a few weeks after being offered a position in the regional Victorian headquarters at Ballarat.
“I’ve enjoyed my time in Sunraysia immensely and I’ve learnt a lot,” Nathan said. “In a way it’s sad to go but its certainly a good step for my career.”
Nathan said he was unsure as to who would take his job at Mildura but presumed it would be a male as the other two members of the team at Mildura are female.
“I’m not sure when I’ll be off either – I guess it’s when a replacement is found”.
He’s one of three leaving the WIN TV at Mildura with Kate Keogh leaving sales for a position in Real Estate and Victoria Milne, who is leaving graphics to work with her husband Luke’s local IT company.
Staff members held a farewell gathering for him on Friday February 26 and Nathan is set to actually leave the area within the next fortnight.
