The Mildura Heat continued their winning form with two wins Saturday and two further games to be played on Sunday.
The Lady Heat blitzed rivals Melbourne University in the first half to be 19 points in front at the half time interval.
By the last change the score line was 66 to 44 and at the final buzzer the score was 74 to 57 with Vanessa Power putting in 26 points.
Other Heat scorers were Amanda Hederics with 17 points, Erin Gathercole, 12 and Tracey Sherlock 10.
The Heat plays Whittlesea in the Sunday game at 1.30pm.
The Men's Heat team led by Kevin Smith (22 points) beat Darebin by 27 points in a game which always had the Heat in command.
Backing up the good work of Smith were Brent Symons, who scored 17, along with Jake Zoch shooting 12 and Ethan Zoch 7.
The final scores were 81 to 54 over Darebin with a 2pm game scheduled against Melton at 2pm on Sunday.
