On Friday March 2 from 12.00noon, the Rotary Club of Mildura Deakin Inc will present this year’s longest lunch.
The event will feature the unique produce, wines and beers of our region, in a superb four course meal prepared by Season’s at Quality Hotel Mildura Grand and accompanied by great entertainment.
The venue for this year’s Mildura’s Longest Lunch is “under the vines” at the Mildura Grand Hotel. Extending down the footpath, under the shade, past Seasons Restaurant, the Pizza Café and to the Mildura Brewery Pub will be the long table.
Serving up a great four course meal, with local wines and beer (on tap), and live music, this will be an event not to be missed. The all inclusive cost will be $95 per head.
Celebrating over 10 years of hosting this wonderful day, and the 20th year anniversary of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, the Rotary Club of Mildura Deakin is proud to announce that the proceeds from the 2012 event will be used to assist with funding Mildura & District based programs supporting the development of our districts future leaders, including the very successful Rotary Voyage of Discovery Program.
Corporate sponsorship deals are again being offered, and the public are being encouraged to get involved and help to make the Longest Lunch a fantastic and unforgettable event.
Tickets can be purchased at either Collie & Tierney First National Real Estate, or the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand.
